We have subsidized participation available under TEPC Pavilion for startups. Please find the proposal below:

Expand North Star, (previously GITEX Future Stars) which stands as the largest startup event in the region, will host its 8th edition from 13th to 16th October 2024 at the iconic Dubai Harbour jointly hosted by DWTC and Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy. Expand North Star will be co-located with 3 events: i.e. Fintech Surge, Future Blockchain Summit, GITEX Impact & Creative Economy will be co-organized with the world’s biggest technology event GITEX Global, scheduled to be held from 14th Oct – 18th Oct’2024 at Dubai World Trade Centre.

We have one last minute highly subsidized option available under ESC pavilion in GITEX Global 2024 as follows:

Electronics and Computer Software Export Promotion Council (ESC) is forming India Pavilion @ GITEX GLOBAL’2024 scheduled to take place at Dubai World Trade Centre, UAE during October 14-18, 2024 & giving a highly subsidized cost for participation.

GITEX Global is one of the largest technology events across the globe, it is a must-attend, world-class event where the world’s technology leaders, enterprises and start-ups come together to show you the future of every business and every industry.

PARTICIPATION DETAILS

It may be informed that ESC proposal for participation at Startup Zone under Market Access Initiative (MAI) 2024-25 Scheme of the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India. Council proposes to provide an opportunity to member companies to participate in world’s premier IT event at a very affordable price at H15-C10 (Total space 45 SQM)

Participation Cost:

5 SQM @ Rs 3,30,000/- All inclusive (6 Booths)
3.75 SQM @ Rs 2,30,000 + Rs 15,000 All inclusive (4 corner Booths)
1-representative air fare reimbursement post event as per MAI guidelines.

The cost of participation is given below:

The participation cost for a single 2 sqmt pod is ₹1,45,000INR. With an estimated MAI grant of ₹90,000 INR, the subsidized participation cost is ₹55,000 INR.

For ESC Pavilion only

Eligibility Criteria :

Export turnover in the preceding financial year should be Rs. 10 lakh (Minimum) and <Rs 50 Crore.
MAI funding support is provided only to a member/participant company for a maximum of three MAI Events in a year. In the case of exporter belonging to SC/ST/Women and the exporters having F.O.B. value of exports of or less than Rs. 50 crores in the preceding year, 5 participations in a year are allowed, provided each one of these is in different market.

Announcement

Airfare Subsidy:

Eligible member companies will be entitled for reimbursement of economy class Airfare on submission of documents after the completion of the event. (Ceiling is Rs. 90000 or the actual cost of economy class ticket whichever is lower)
Only one Person Per Company i.e. only to Director, Proprietor, Partner regular officer of the company on senior managerial Position will be eligible for the Airfare Reimbursement on submission of claims documents after the event. Details will be shared post event.

MUST KNOW

Members interested to exhibit @ India Pavilion in GITEX GLOBAL 2024 are requested to send their duly filled-in Confirmation Form (Attached) along with the full payment directly at ESC Bank account as given in the form. The deadline for registration is 15th September, 2025.

Please Note :

Above cost is for furnished row-booths
Corner charges Rs. 15,000/- extra.
The above cost includes the mandatory charges towards Exhibitor Insurance AED 770, Marketing Power Pack AED 1270 and Lead Generation / Tracking AED 910
The stands will be allocated strictly in accordance to first-come-first-serve basis on receipt of full payment.
